Ok this is the cutest diner in the whole world! I absolutely LOVE owls and I had to go check this place out as a diner and owl lover. The parking is limited, but expected, because Lowell.. I ended up getting a spot in front as someone left. Walking inside, you definitely get the old-school diner feel and the waitress behind the bar area greeted us and told us to sit anywhere. It looks like a small place from the outside, but somehow, it kept going and going inside haha The waitress was so nice and was super talkative and kind to all her customers. She knew some of them as regulars and made jokes, small talk, and checked in often. I got a simple order of scrambled eggs and she served it up fast and was quick to make sure I didn't need anything else. Breakfast was delicious and served hot! The vibe here is perfect and having breakfast here will start your day off right! I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended if you want a cute spot to check out.

I would call this a hidden gem but everyone on the north shore knows about it! We waited about 10 mins to be seated and from there our server was AMAZING! The vibe is a retro diner that give the nostalgia you need! We spent about $76 total items range from $8-$15 on the breakfast side ! I will definitely be back

The Owl Diner is the real deal. It is a traditional, neighborhood diner in the middle of Lowell. The service is fast and very friendly, the food is hearty, delicious and inexpensive, and (what can I say) it's a real diner where the ambiance is to treat everyone like a neighbor (even if it is your first visit).

very cozy and bustling on a weekend. My mom was here visiting and we decided to go and have the specialty French toast and a typical breakfast. Well worth the drive. Service was adequate not too much not too little.

My sister ordered just a simple French toast with bananas. I got the Greek Benedict, it was my first time having eggs Benedict The sauce had a rich taste, it was neutral for me. Wasn't bad but wasn't the greatest, just not used to it. The service was friendly and good. Would return to try other items on the menu.

I need to say - this place was great! It was recommended by a coworker and I couldn't be happier! The ambiance is that of an old school diner and it was amazing. The service and food were both phenomenal. (Even saw former Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis walk through!). Got the special - 2 eggs (added a third), three pancakes (added chocolate chips - they were huge!), substituted for a fruit cup, substituted the sausage for more bacon, and got a coffee. For this place to get negative reviews, to me, isn't fair. I will definitely come back!

This is my absolute favorite place to go for omelettes. I always order the Dutton St omelette (corn beef hash and American cheese), which comes with amazing homefries and toast. My only complaint is that they're not open all day. But their omelettes are SO GOOD.

Been coming for years, as soon as you sit down, they bring you coffee. They enhance the can hash. They have a long list of omelettes. Gluten Free and Keto friendly. All delicious and a friendly place.
